Archery- next 3D shoot will be in March, date to be announced
Fish- E. Gervais reports he will be doing a $xxx stocking on 06 Jan.
Forestry- no report
Game- the 2017 season will finish on 06 January
Pistol- no report
History- no report
Trap- Red Eye Shoot was postponed due to extreme cold
Rifle- no report
Grounds- no report
Kitchen- will be open 06 January for final breakfast of hunting season
Membership- renewal dates will be 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25 from 12pm until 4pm
Work Hours- out of 25 prob members, 20 have fulfilled their requirements

Special thanks was given to T. Bik for fixing a leak in the boiler

J. Jessume asked about the downed club sign, R. Brooks to bring it to clubhouse
Results from well test are avail at front table.
M. Kuros talked about a flea market at the Club

New Business
N. Rabitor made motion for $xxx for archery targets, 2nd by E. Gervais, so voted
Motion by E. Gervais to allow any Junior member with a drivers lic, FID card, Hunter Safety Certificate and parents written permission to be able to fish and hunt the club property without supervision or adhering to the rule of one shotgun shared between Junior and adult.
*If necessary, adult would suffer same consequences as Junior.
After discussion, it was voted that this will be voted on at February meeting.

Archery- We had 70 shooters, and 15 youth, at the Aug. 20 3d shoot. Also, 168 for the BBQ. Gross intake for Club was $xxxx. Thank you to J. Flagg, J. Lavallee, D. Carter, R. Demore, R. Godin, Bob Demore, E. Gervais, Willy Huber, S. Rondeau, M. Schoe. R. Dwyer.

Fish- thank you to P. Cosma for his help with the pond.
Forestry-no report
Game- New feeders are in. Still waiting on lic/permits. First stocking will be October 7. Don’t forget about the porketta-September 23. Looking for donations for porketta raffle prizes.

R. Holmes- still working with state on land deal, info as gathered
J. Jessume- Youth Bird Education Day has been cancelled due to an unfortunate lack of interest. Please keep this in mind, as we may try again next year.

E. Gervais/M. Petitt made motion to allow canoes and kayaks on pond year round, except during derby’s. This had prelim. vote in August and needs to be voted on tonight. Discussion was heard, motion carried.
W. Huber/L. Aubin made motion to purchase new coffee maker for kitchen, not to exceed $xxx, motion carried.

New Business
T. Huber/E. Gervais made motion to re-join Worc. County League of Sportsman, dues are $xxx.

J. Lavallee motion via E. Gervais, to replace remainder of mismatched chairs in clubhouse, not to exceed $xxx Seconded by A. Campbell, motioned carried
Motion by W. Huber, via E. Gervais, to purchase new coffee maker, as opposed to renting, not to exceed $xxx, tabled until more research can be done.
Motion by E. Gervais/M. Petitt to allow canoes and kayaks on pond year round. Motion carried and will need a second vote @ September meeting.

Game- Staying with same stocking. Ralph has resigned and we are looking for a new Game Chair

Trap- going well, Sundays @10am, someone leaving trap house a mess
Rifle- Only one person showed for the cleanup. Thanks to Bob Lepage for picking up trash. There will be a Funshoot May 7th, $5 entry, Thanks Larry Aubin for helping. Bob Lepage is the new Vice Chair

Club road repair, there will be a test area done with 2 tons of material, by Rich Boucher Jr.
upon successful test, Club to purchase additional 22 ton for complete road repair, Rich will donate initial 2 tons, if we continue, Rich will donate machines and labor, as this will cover his 20 hours for this year.
